I begged my mother to let me plant a poppy in her garden, and when it bloomed, I was stunned that anything in the world could be so bold, vibrant, and complex… just like her.
As a symbol of remembrance and respect for those lost and injured in war, 25% of the sale price of the original painting and prints will be donated to the Disabled American Veterans Charitable Service Trust (you may also opt for no donation to be made).
